Just a quick thank you to everyone at Kelmann Restoration for all their work in putting my house back together again. I had damage from ice dams this past winter. I had water damage in the kitchen and master bedroom. My insurance company gave Kelmann as someone I might try, as they had worked with them before.I'm very happy with the job they did, and the professionalism with which they went about their work. As an aside, my wife is very ill, and really wanted to get back into her bedroom as soon as possible. Kelmann was super respectful, and did everything they could to get her back into her room quickly.If I had any concerns, or questions all the people I dealt with were super responsive, and always got back to me in a timely fashion. I would recommend Kelmann Restoration to anyone who needs their type of services. Special thanks to Austin, Justin, Hamilton, and Katie. Thank you all so much.

Kelmann worked for us when we had a major water leak in our upstairs bathroom. Everything they did was awesome and I couldn't be happier! When they couldn't find a vanity the size of our old one, they built a new one that looks fabulous! Tyler was our project manager and Juan was in charge of painting and drywalling. Best carpet did the carpet and flooring. Everyone that came did an excellent job. It is never fun to go through having the house torn apart, but it was so worth it in the end.

I meant to do this months ago but life gets in the way. I had a furnace fire back in Nov 2022 which created severe smoke damage throughout my home. Kelman's was on the scene that Friday evening (after office hours) and throughout the whole 11 month restoration process. They were extremely professional and helpful in getting my home back in order. They cooperated with my insurance company and kept ongoing communication with me once everything got started and throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Justin, Dan & Mindy who were so helpful and kind. I really lucked out when I called Kelman's that Friday night after a google search. These are good people!

Sewer backup in basement which lifted about 20 floor tiles. Called Kelmann asking if they do asbestos removal. Much to my surprise yes they could help! Eric came to estimate damage and worked with my insurance. He got everything approved which was awesome. My project manager Kyle was awesome too. Kyle kept me well informed. Answered all the questions I had and put my mind at ease. All work performed as promised and with excellence. So very happy with my basement!! Thank you all for your hard work. I would highly recommend Kelmann. They are fabulous!

Kelmann and their associates were extremely responsive and professional. My wife and I were very pleased with the detail and workmanship. When the project was complete, there were no parting lines or color breaks that would draw attention, i.e., as if it was always there.

We experienced a large scale water leak that flowed from the first floor to our finished basement. Kelmann team assessed and completed all aspects of damage: removing flooring and carpeting, rebuilding basement floor, removing and replacing damaged drywall, painting drywall and woodwork. Flooring and carpeting were replaced, etc.I wanted all construction done by Christmas and the entire team put in the extra effort to ensure they made the deadline. Thanks to the project manager, Kyle Lang, who did an outstanding job managing every aspect of project, and ensuring contractors were timely and efficient. Every tradesmen, on the job, was professional, skilled and courteous. I cannot remember all the crews’ names, but I wanted to thank David Markweise, who made the arduous task of picking out carpeting and flooring less painful, and the painting/drywall manager and his crew did an excellent job and helped to keep project on schedule.Kelmann made what was a very stressful, disruptive situation (more like a nightmare during the holidays) into a manageable process and I thank the entire team and appreciate a job well done!!! If there was a higher rating, I would give it to Jennifer Schoeneberg. Her marketing skills and "How Can I Help You Attitude" ad by far second to none.Call Jennifer when one of your customers need help. She will immediately respond and take action. All customers feel that they are top priority and know their business is appreciated.She comes in the office and immediately makes my day brighter. For the last two days, I had some very intricate demo work and repair done by two fabulous workman, Dale S and Uziel. They were on time each day, very professional and knowledgeable, explained what they were going to do and did an excellent job. They protected the floor in my foyer and did a great job carefully removing my aluminum siding which I know is no longer manufactured. I may actually be able to reinstall it at the end of my job. They replaced the structural framing which had been water-damaged and my wall is as good as new. Dale and Uziel were friendly, pleasant, clearly enjoyed their work and came prepared with everything they needed to complete the job. And they cleaned up before leaving. I told them they were welcome back anytime! Great workers who know what they are doing. Thank you so much!!!

Had a sewage back up in our basement. Austin and his team arrived within 90 minutes of our call. They promptly cleaned and/or removed everything impacted in our basement. He and the team were thorough, professional and extremely helpful throughout the process.

Kelmann exceeded our expectations! Jake was here today to drywall and paint. In addition to being a very skilled craftsman, he was absolutely the nicest guy we have had doing work in our condo - extremely respectful, efficient and detail oriented. Our room is perfect!

We had a flood in our basement due to sewer backup and the first company we called was Kelmann. Their reputation is sensational but we must say that their performance and execution is even better. Nick, our estimator started us off on a great foot with his detailed and excellent work. Once the restoration was started, the team of employees were so professional, thorough, friendly and their work was just fantastic. Our project manager, Hamilton was incredible with his communication, almost daily updates and commitment to get every little part of the job done with excellence. I must have told Hamilton a hundred times, I wish your guys would have done our entire home remodel we completed a year ago. I would highly recommend Kelmann!

We had a major flood in our condo on Christmas Eve 2022. As many know, restoration is not a quick process. Kelmann Restoration made the whole ordeal less painful. Jon, our PM, was easy to work with. Special shoutout to Joe Clark & Brian Gaytan, who did a fantastic job on the millwork for our new floors. Joe also managed the crew of movers and made sure they were careful with the floors and furniture. Kelmann definitely gets a high recommendation from us.

I chose Kelmann after searching for other restoration companies. Kelmann received excellent reviews. I had a toilet that leaked from the bottom causing mold to build under the tile and up the walls in my bathroom. After the initial appraisals and dealing with insurance they started to work. They did an excellent job, were on time, professional, friendly and caring. Special Thanks to Justin, Jennifer, Flo, Lloyd, Kim G, Joey, Uziel and Mark Busch. I love my new bathroom!

All work was done in a professional manner and the entire team (Josh Gilgenbach (senior project manager), Colton Sdao (project manager), Austin, Carlos and Nancy (mitigation) and the Kelmann Reconstruction team: Jonathan Hanson (estimator), Brian Focht (project manager), Adam Kruschke (carpentry), Al Griffin (painter) Kim (team coordinator) Summerleigh and Jennifer). Everyone was customer focused. We were completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Kelmann in the future.

We had a MAJOR flood loss at our condo and ended up working with a mitigation company (NOT Kelmann) we “inherited” in the wee hours through our insurance adjuster. Activities of mitigation were taken care of in the bitter end, however it was a very frustrating, confusing and negative experience. Very. Very. Did we say very frustrating.We reached out to Kelmann to help us with the rebuild. What a God Send. How grateful we are to have been able to work with this fine team of experts. All the confusion, missed deadlines, excuses, mistakes and negative issues with mitigation vanished when it came to the Kelmann rebuild.Every single Kelmann expert we worked with throughout the rebuild was knowledgeable, a hard worker devoted to perfection, excellent at communicating next steps, honest at stating any issues or hiccups they saw on their radar, fabulous listeners that had a tremendous sense of empathy for what we had been through, and simply put - individuals I would be proud to call my son or daughter.Oh and also, Kelmann has a large and impressive population of women on their team who hit the ground running and will get things done wickedly fast!! YAY!We only wish we had been able to bring Kelmann in at the front end during mitigation. The end result may have been the same, but the ROAD and the SUPPORT along the way would have been entirely different. We are so very grateful!! Oh and the condo is GoRgEoUs!!Thank you Kelmann! ... Kamrin visited the property throughout and made several follow up calls to ensure we understood all steps in the process. Remediation services were timely and thorough. This company rocks! After moving to the area and buying our house, we unfortunately experienced a power outage for 48 hours and water in the basement. We called numerous places, only to find they were after maximum insurance money. Kelmann showed up and were straight shooters from the get-go. I can’t put into words what an asset Austin is for this company. My husband, being a technician, even threw a few curveball questions his way and we can say with confidence this is the company you want to hire. Honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and straightforward. 6/5 stars if possible. Props to Austin and his team! Great to know there’s still folks out there who aren’t just looking to make a buck, and taking pride in their work. Excellent company!!

The entire team was wonderful to work with. Aaron was a great communicator and worked around my schedule. Jacob did fantastic work and also altered his schedule to get work done in the early morning hours, before our tenants opened up for business. All work performed was top-notch - great attention to detail and dependable. Being able to rely on Kelmann from start to finish was a big relief and made my job stress-free. Highly recommended!

My plumbing was wrecked by a blast of pressure released by the Wauwatosa Water Utility when they were repairing a water main in front of our house. Kelmann Restoration to the rescue! Kamrin from Kelmann was dispatched to our house and immediately began mitigation. Kamrin and his crew treated us and our home with the utmost respect, care and professionalism. Throughout the mitigation process, Kamryn came by daily (sometimes twice in the same day) to check on things, communicate with us, and also followed up via email and phone. We always knew where we were in the process and what to expect next. When mitigation was complete, Kamryn and his crew quickly removed the mitigation materials and equipment leaving our house ready for the next phase of restoration. Speaking of which - a shout out to Nic from Kelmann who toured our home during the mitigation phase in order to have the restoration and finish work lined up in anticipation of the completion of the mitigation. I was very happy with our decision to entrust Kamryn, Nic, and the rest of the Kelmann Restoration Team Members with the mitigation and restoration of our home.

The people at Kelmann restoration are very prompt and professional. From my first conversation with Dan in the office until the follow-up texts, I always felt valued by this company. It was a stressful time, so I appreciated the professional nature. I received a quick call to set up a time to have a professional over to our house. The technician who came over was right on time!Austin came over to take moisture readings and to discuss mitigation options. I didn't feel pressured into a decision and he took his time at our home and was very thorough. He kept making it very clear that it was our home and they were available to help in any way. I'm so glad that my State Farm agent referred me to Kelmann after my basement flooded. They came on site quickly to clean things up and take out damaged materials. Ken was a terrific PM directing that process. For the reconstruction, Jason Lessard as PM provided very transparent and easy to understand estimates and guided me through the material selection process. His suggestions for styles and colors were spot on. Carpentry work was provided by Jason and Steve, who did meticulous work and were pleasant and fun to interact with. How often can you say that you actually enjoy having workers in your house? I did! Louis did a great job on the painting. The end result is stunning. My basement went from being an oversized dark storage space to a bright and inviting area where I want to spend time. I'm picturing cozy winter evenings entertaining in that space. Thank you all so much!

We have enjoyed working with the Kelmann mitigation crew after a leak in our upstairs bathtub caused water damage in our downstairs bathroom. Kamrin Pegues managed the mitigation with the help of crew member Jaiden Smith. They were professional, on time, worked around our schedule and cleaned up beautifully after they finished. Kelmann Restoration recently completed a significant master bath remodeling project for my wife (Chris) and I. Kelmann did a great job with the project from the planning to the finishing touches on the room.It started months ago when we discussed the idea with Dave Schultz in Sales and continued when we met with Joe Heleniak to plan (materials, colors, style, cost, etc.) the project. He provided great insight and direction for the project. Kim Gaedke with her “behind the scenes” project coordination was wonderful support - didn’t meet her but the project ran very smoothly (pleasant and non stressful for us).Jerry Orlowski was working with us and the on-site crew to make sure the work was efficiently completed. Not only was it efficient but he provide us with suggested improvements and explanations as the work progressed. One example was the color of the toe kicks. Glad he recommended the change - greatly improved the look. Excellent attention to detail, very nice person to work with and outstandingly service focus. Very special thanks to Jerry.The crew doing the work reflected Jerry’s approach to the project. Each one of the Kelmann craftsmen did outstanding work, as did the Dave from Milwaukee Plumbing, Eddie from Johnson Electric, and contractors Kai, Allen and Keyron from K. G. Stevens, and the tile crew (didn’t get their names).The Kelmann crew was meticulous and did beautiful work. A bonus was that they patiently answered our questions and were fun to work with. They are Jay Gruber (Tile expert), Al Griffin (Painter) and Dale Stoffel (Carpenter).
