Top Places to Go See Fireworks in Wisconsin

Fourth of July is almost here! That means it’s time to think about where you’re going to be watching fireworks with your family and friends. Here are six of our favorite spots around the great state of Wisconsin.

1. Milwaukee

Milwaukee fireworks
This year, Milwaukee Brewers, American Family Insurance, and T&M Partners will sponsor the annual fireworks show above Lake Michigan. The firework show will be on July 3rd but festivities will continue around the city on the 4th.

Where: Veteran’s Park, 1010 N. Lincoln Memorial Drive
When: July 3rd. Fireworks will start at dusk.

2. Green Lake

Green Lake fireworks
Located 88 miles northwest of Wauwatosa, Green Lake provides the perfect setting for fireworks. You can watch them from the beach or from a boat out on the lake.

Where: Dartford Bay
When: 4th of July at dusk

3. Wisconsin Dells

Wisconsin Dells fireworks
If you’re after the most pyrotechnics, travel to the Wisconsin Dells on the 4th. This year, they’ll be blasting off over 1,300 fireworks!

Where: Downtown Wisconsin Dells
When: 4th of July at dusk

4. Sheboygan

Sheboygan fireworks
Sheboygan is definitely where you want to be on the 4th of July. This town hosts an array of family-friendly activities, including live music, a Venetian boat parade, and, of course, an awesome fireworks display.

Where: South Pier
When: July 4th at 9pm

5. Beloit

Beloit fireworks
Every year, Beloit puts on “Pops on the Rock”. It’s an amazing concert that includes orchestra music and fireworks over the Rock River.

Where: Riverside Park Harry Moore Pavilion, 1160 Riverside Drive
When: Festivities will start at 6:30pm. Fireworks will go off at dusk.

6. Racine

Racine fireworks
Racine loves 4th of July and boasts to have the largest parade in the entire Midwest. Throughout the day, they put on a variety of activities and it all ends at Michigan Lake as everyone gathers on the beach to see the sky lit up with fireworks.
