About Kelmann
Kelmann Corporation is an award winning fire, water & wind damage restorer.
We are expert renovators of residential and commercial buildings as well. Locally owned, we have enjoyed working in our community since 1973. Our full-time staff of over 50 people provides the experience, the expertise and the creativity to work on homes, commercial & government buildings, religious structures, schools and libraries. We are always adding to our knowledge of renovation and restoration by attending schools, seminars and training across the country.
We participate in the groups of our trade, such as the RIA (Restoration Industry Association) and NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry).
We are always adding to others' knowledge, too, through the education we provide to our customers and clients. Hundreds of insurance professionals have experienced Kelmann Corporation's Fire and Water Loss Seminars that we have presented throughout Wisconsin. We have been guests on radio programs and featured in publications to discuss remodeling and renovation as well as the balance of work, family and community involvement. Nationally, we have been invited to participate in roundtable discussions to resolve issues among customers, insurance companies and contractors. We have even been guest lecturers at our RIA national convention.
Our interest in the community goes beyond preserving its architecture. Our school-work program has provided high school students with real life experience. We've donated our services where needed most. We are able to continuously provide food, clothing and furniture items to people in need. We enjoy our work, but take seriously the fact that the restoration work we do often helps get people's lives back together.
