Did you know that we can modify your home so you can "age-in-place"? This means being able to live in your existing home while living safely, comfortably and independently.
Consider making your home visitable. Visitability allows homes to be accessible by friends and relatives who use wheelchairs or walkers or have some other form of mobility impairment.
We have personal experience with individuals and family members with disabilities and have been creating and building universal (useable by all) and accessible (useable by people with disabling conditions) designs for schools, churches and residences for over a quarter of a century.
Kelmann Corporation can:
- Install ramps, lifts, elevators and custom railings
- Modify an existing structure, such as widening door openings and creating a stepless entrance
- Design and build an addition or an entire home
