Residential Fire Damage Restoration

Fire caused extensive damage to multiple levels of this beautiful 90+ year-old duplex. Most of the original cabinetry, woodwork and other architectural details were still part of the home prior to the fire. Kelmann appreciates the fine craftsmanship and quality materials that used to be standard in so much of the architecture from this time period. Tearing out the old to save time, and installing new, lesser quality materials to save money is not the Kelmann approach. Our craftsmen have the artistic skills and patience to bring architectural details back to their original beauty.
