Just weeks before school was to resume after summer break, a fire broke out in one of the classrooms. Fire and smoke damage spread throughout the building, well beyond the class room where the fire started. Over a holiday weekend, Kelmann's field staff, office employees, and estimators worked to restore the school and lessen the delay. After the holiday weekend, one of the teachers commented, "they've come miles, done a fantastic job of everything!"
