Preserving history and architecture has been part of our Kelmann history for over 30 years. From the time we relocated some of Milwaukee's original homes to new locations, to today's ongoing renovations, to some of the area's oldest and most respected schools, we have experience with historical details and structures.

Milwaukee's Lion House (please see our Gallery), Schrager Auction Gallery, the former Mayor Hoan's house on Kilbourn Avenue, the Heil mansion on North Lake Drive in Whitefish Bay, Cross Lutheran Church, Saint Francis Seminary and countless numbers of churches, private residences and other buildings on the Historical Register are just some of the structures we have been fortunate to have (and in many cases, continue to have) worked on extensively.
