I can’t say enough about how amazing the Kellman Restoration team is! Everyone from the contents and rebuild teams was incredibly compassionate, caring, and efficient. They were always available whenever I had questions or concerns. The work is professionally done and completed with great attention to detail. If you are lucky enough to have Rob overseeing your remodel, that’s an added bonus — he’s fantastic to work with! I would highly recommend this company to anyone — they truly go above and beyond!

Damon and Luis where here today to move everything out of my first floor so floors can be refinished starting Monday, Due to flooding from upstairs bathroom... they were professional, respectful and careful!! Everyone at Kelmann has been great in helping me navigate this disaster!! Special thanks to the hard workers that have made this go smoothly... After severe flooding and sewage backup in my basement this past August, I have been utilizing the services of Kelmann Restoration. The basement is empty and walls are removed. We are to the point of sanitization. The mitigation crew of Rosario, Erika, Darling, Rosie, Luis, Douglas and Ana spent the day sanitizing and cleansing the entire basement. Floor, walls, ceiling. It is truly the cleanest it has ever been! This team works together like a well oiled machine! Everyone seem to have a role and know what to do. This efficiency proved effective in handling the entire job in one day. As a germ phobic my basement has been a nightmare since the sewer backup, but this team has made me feel like I can start going down there again without worry. Thank you so much!!

When our basement flooded with sewage water I was devastated, but Kelmann came to the recue and were a professional team that helped clean up the mess, sanitize the entire area and all affected property, did an amazing job of reconstructing the entire basement. They even worked with us when we wanted to make improvements and helped us find the most economical way to move forward. They are meticulous about details and were willing to come back to make sure every detail was perfect.I wouldn't want to have another flood, but if I did I would call Kelmann immediately! We used Kelmann for a mold remediation and cleaning of a functional medical clinic. They were quick, budget friendly, and did an OUTSTANDING job! Charlie was very easy to communicate with and friendly. The cleaning crew we had, cleaned our entire office top to bottom in one day and was immaculate! Couldn’t recommend the whole team enough. I awoke one morning to a flooded apartment and am so grateful to the Kelmann crews who helped to clean up quite a mess. They responded quickly to vacuum up the water and dry off the entire area. My furniture and belongings were carefully wrapped and removed by Nancy, Marcella, Viviana, Maria, Lorina, Nancy and Tammy. Eddie, Patricio, Luis and Josue contributed amazing muscle and care to move my heavy pieces. I appreciated Danny’s communication throughout the project as well as his availability to come on the weekend to check on the drying machines. In addition, Joe did an amazing job to finish all the baseboard work and make my apartment move back ready. This wonderful crew transformed my very difficult situation to one that was entirely resolved. Very grateful!

Kelmann did a great job fixing some water damage and restoring the interior of our home. We have an older home built in the 1930s, and they brought a lot of expertise in dealing with the materials. They advised us to go with drywall to replace the plaster they needed to remove to be more cost effective, and the drywall installer Al did such an amazing job there is no way to tell the difference were it is plaster vs drywall, even though they are right next to each other. I really appreciated how well and frequently they communicated, so we were always in the loop. When they came for the "final" walkthrough, there were a couple spots that weren't how we wanted them, and they came back to fix that right away without issue. I've dealt with other contractors, and I thought Kelmann's communication, budget consciousness, and level of work were better than others I've worked previously. We will definitely have them quote any future work we want done that's within their scope.

I sought out a few estimates to renovate my main bathroom. Kelmann was by far the absolute best with their attention to my thoughts and wishes throughout the renovation process. My appreciation to Joe, Lee, Kim, Adam, Mac, Jose, Al, Kyle and Damian. These people were integral to helping me to achieve the absolute best and most beautiful main bathroom I could have in my small home. Adding to the confusion was a puppy who wanted to make sure they were all doing their job - and they absolutely took the time to assure my Mischief they were not only doing their job but that he would love the end result. There were discussions and concern about the laundry shoot being on the floor of the closet in the bathroom. They wanted to make sure the puppy would not fall into it. That was the moment I knew 100% that this company truly cared about the project and the end result. I wholeheartedly endorse this company. The icing on the cake is the guarantee of their work. Kelmann just recently finished a job at my home. They were great to work with. I was very pleased with the appearance of my condo when they were finished. It looked wonderful.Charlie, the project manager, initially came to look it over and then send an estimate. Once work started, Charlie, came everyday to see if I had questions or concerns. On the last day he came to finish up things and take their equipment out. He was patient and kind and ready to explain anything. He was exceptional.It was a 5 person crew that came for the clean up. Reina, the person in charge, Alondra, Rogelio, Uziel, Alexandra. Reina was also exceptional. Loved working with her.I was amazed how good my condo looked and the great people. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Kelmann.

The Kelmann team went above and beyond in replacing my dining room ceiling. I have an older house, so often times unexpected issues can pop up when doing restoration projects. My finished basement flooded on Christmas Eve. Originally I contacted a restoration company recommended by the plumbing company that responded to the flood on Xmas Eve. The company I contacted never followed through. However after contacting my homeowners insurance company I was then referred to Kelmann Restoration. They were amazing. Ricardo who was on the mitigation side of Kelmann was awesome. He constantly reassured me that everything would be taken care of properly and in a timely manner, which it was! He was always reachable by cell whenever I had questions or concerns. I knew then that I was with the right company and this job would be taken care of to the very best of their ability. Ricardo is a gem and the company is very lucky to have him. He is the opening face of Kelmann and is such a positive and reassuring person to start any disaster recovery project with.After the mitigation was complete I chose Kelmann to rebuild the damage that had taken place. I was assigned a project manager-Tyler. He took care of bringing in the crew that would fix my basement and oversaw the rebuild project. Tyler was super easy to work with and also was available by cell anytime I had questions or issues. He responded in a very timely manner.My assigned rebuild crew consisted of Damion who took care of all dry wall repairs and any painting projects. I have nothing but great things to say about his hard work, his professionalism and his ability to make things look like they’re brand new. Again Kelmann is very lucky to have him on their team. He too, much like Ricardo puts you at ease and is always open to questions and concerns. My two carpenters that replaced the baseboards and doors were Michael and Aric. They both did their jobs with much care and professionalism.At the end of my rebuild Kelmann sent in cleaning crew, Kallie was so thorough and such a hard worker. She had me check to see if it had been completed to my satisfaction.If you end up in a bad situation whether it be fire, smoke or water damage Kelmann is the company you will want to call to make everything right!Thank You Kelmann and everyone that worked so hard on this project!!

We called Kelmann Restoration to restore our rec room after we had foundation work done. We could not have been happier with their work. We had a large house fire in August of last year. It was a devastating experience for our whole family. A friend recommended Kelmann and they were on-site very quickly. Nine weeks ago fire in an apartment across the hall from mine eventually caused my apartment to become unlivable. From Day one Kelmann was onsite at this Over 55 community investigating, working with crews into the weekend, almost constantly informing and commiserating with those of us who had within hours become homeless. I will never forget the care I received from Nancy and Melissa and countless other Kelmann employees in person, online and on the phone. Every item that was salvageable was carefully cleaned, packed, labelled and ultimately stored in Kelmann’s facility. Every question I had was patiently answered. It’s been a long nine weeks, survivable with my family’s total involvement. I can write I am happily moved into (with Kelmann assistance) a new location. My family and I have unpacked every Kelmann box. Every single item is in perfect condition. The condition of my clothes, for example, was amazing. Neither smoke nor chemical oder exists anywhere. Beautiful ironing and pressing. Just fantastic. No one should experience a fire in their living situation. But if such a tragedy strikes, call Kelmann. They are a professional, caring corporation who are leaders in the restoration field.

Our experience with the Kelmann crews assigned to our home was a very positive experience. Tyler was awesome in organizing the crews. When he gave us a time and date to expect the employees, they were right on time. Tyler made sure the work was done to his satisfaction, ours and the high standards of Kelmann's. He also had personality plus! His parents can be proud of the child they raised who has such good work ethics and kindness. It was very apparent how much family means to him as well.The carpenter who did the attic repairs was so knowledgeable and such a pleasant man. We mentioned to him how pleased we were at that point with his employer.His response was that Kelmann's is the best place he has worked.Thank you to the skilled painters and drywallers too. My family had a great experience with Kelmann. We had water damage in January, due to ice dams. We contacted Kelmann because a neighbor used the company for restoration after a home fire.Due to the extent of the water damage at our home, it was a longer process dealing with insurance. Nick and Tyler made the process easy, and quickly responded to all our questions. The work was high quality, and we had multiple walkthroughs to ensure everything was completed to our standards.Great company, great employees, and great experience!

A week after my husband's memorial service a pipe broke in my home which is also a church office. The Kelmann team just got a 20 rating on a possible 10 score from me. They were professionals: on time, on budget, worked with my insurance company; did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. They managed remediation processes from mold and water damage abatement; de-construction and re-construction; paint and carpet replacement; down to final adjustment of furniture and lighting, with real kindness and genuine care at a time when I was deeply grief-stricken. AND they steadily communicated during the process and minded my allowed budget to the penny, relieving my concerns after this horrifying surprise flood. In January 2024 we experienced water damage to the interior of our home as a result of ice dams on our roof. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and front hall were impacted. Our first (thankfully our only) call was to Kelmann Restoration. From the very first visit to access the damage to the very last visit following restoration, our experience was phenomenal! Our home was returned to 100%, and we cannot say enough good things about the work they did. Electricians, plumbers, carpet cleaners, painters, drywallers, insulation teams, blinds installers...every single step of the process was professionally done with tender loving care! Shout out to the following members of the Kelmann team: Jonathan, Austin, Uziel, Brian, Katie and especially Tyler, our project manager. These miracle workers became like family to us. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Kelmann Restoration should you ever find yourself in need of home repair following n experience such as ours. I had an ice dam on my roof the end of January 2024. I had one company come and begin mitigation of ceiling, walls, attic damage and roof damage. I was dissatisfied with their workmanship and behavior so in May 2024 I hired Kelmann to replace them based on a referral from my sister who had fire damage a few years before. From the beginning Kelmann was professional, humorous, kind, understanding and flexible. They outsourced the drywall and painting to Prestige Interior and they were incredible, hard working men! Very impressive, and kind as well. My Project Manager Tyler from Kelmann was the BEST. He kept things moving in the repairs, had workers here when needed and he was ALWAYS available via phone or text. He came to verify work was done and done well. He got things done quickly, efficiently and effectively while maintaining a professional but pleasant attitude at all times. We chatted about things like we were friends, which I appreciated in such a stressful situation, plus because he is just that easy to talk to and I enjoyed his company. My house is back in order and I am GREATLY appreciative of Kelmann and Tyler and all the workers. They were diligent and professional and made it less stressful for me!Thanks guys!!!!

Kelmann Restoration just completed a project to fix damage to hour home caused by an ice dam this past winter. The project included damage mitigation, drywalling, painting, plumbing, and wood floor replacement & refinishing.Kelmann was wonderful to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Everyone who came to our home was skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. A number of their experts had a hand in our project - Austin’s team came out immediately to mitigate the damage and cleaned everything up quickly, Amanda provided detailed estimates on what was needed to restore everything, Jake matched our existing drywall perfectly, Mike and Eric’s carpentry skills exceeded expectations, and our woodwork looks better than new after Chris and Damien carefully re-painted and caulked it all.Shawn Clendenning was fantastic, managing the entire effort. He kept us informed throughout, scheduled and coordinated all of the activities, stopped by and contacted us regularly to check in, provided status reports and even pitched in to help with some of the work!I highly recommend Kelmann Restoration and would choose them again in the future.
