National Preparedness Month is just around the corner. Here’s your chance to to give yourself and family a refresh on Wisconsin natural disasters and dangers that arise with storms. Some info on National Preparedness Month 2016
National Preparedness Month occurs every September. Sponsored by ready.gov, the key is to adequately prepare self, your family and friends, and those at large in your community for natural disasters. In addition, all are encouraged to download the FEMA app, which sends out emergency alerts from the National Weather Service and helps you locate shelters during an emergency.
