72 Hour Renovation
Miss Molly’s Cafe & Pastry Shop on Center Street was looking for a Milwaukee remodeling company to tackle some modifications to their front counter area. They specifically requested a quick turnaround time to avoid having to be closed during regular business hours. While a scope of this size typically can take up to 2 weeks, Kelmann Restoration implemented emergency renovation protocols to get the work done in just 3 days. They were delighted with the results! To get things going, we first answered all of the questions the customer had regarding materials and construction capabilities. They had a pretty good idea of the things they wanted to be done and wanted to see how close we could get to accomplishing them with the time allotted.

The customer requested the following renovations:
- An updated look and enhanced functionality to the back bar and behind the front counter.
- Installation of more functional cabinetry.
- Removal of dated-looking shelving.
- An upgraded countertop.
- Additional space to install a kegerator.
- Installation of the kegerator.
- Downsizing of the pass-through window from the kitchen to the front counter area.
