We called Kelmann Restoration to restore our rec room after we had foundation work done. We could not have been happier with their work. Tyler and his crew of Brian, Mack, Eric, Chris and Randy did a superb job restoring the drywall, wood panels, and ceiling. Tyler made sure everything was completely done to our satisfaction including a final cleaning and moving our furniture back. Communication and timeliness could not have been better. We highly recommend Kelmann!

Kelmann is an outstanding organization. In our line of business (Insurance) we deal with a number of companies in the "restoration" business. We had a large house fire in August of last year. It was a devastating experience for our whole family. A friend recommended Kelmann and they were on-site very quickly. Everyone was so kind and supportive. The team we worked with regularly, Scott (our PM), Dan, Mindy and Katie were all very responsive and always took the time to explain things. Sometimes we had just no idea when it came to making decisions and they helped us through it. I would recommend this company 100%. This team helped us get through one of the hardest years of our lives.

After being out of my home for 18 months due to water damage from a neighboring condo unit, and nearly a year of navigating an insurance settlement, the Kelmann team was a lifeline. They went above and beyond to help me through this challenging and costly situation.Shoutout to Scott Schweitzer, who was a rockstar project manager. His support, guidance, and expertise were invaluable—I couldn’t have been happier with how he handled everything. The team, including Ryan Johnson, Mindy Mays, and Joseph Heleniak (on the remodel side), was always on time, kept me informed with updates, and responded quickly to any concerns.Thanks also to Nancy, Tammy, and the team for their excellent work on the content side. Their attention to detail ensured everything was handled properly.The completed project turned out beautifully, and uncovering unrelated issues that needed repair was a blessing in disguise. Nine weeks ago fire in an apartment across the hall from mine eventually caused my apartment to become unlivable. From Day one Kelmann was onsite at this Over 55 community investigating, working with crews into the weekend, almost constantly informing and commiserating with those of us who had within hours become homeless. I will never forget the care I received from Nancy and Melissa and countless other Kelmann employees in person, online and on the phone. Every item that was salvageable was carefully cleaned, packed, labelled and ultimately stored in Kelmann’s facility. Every question I had was patiently answered. It’s been a long nine weeks, survivable with my family’s total involvement. I can write I am happily moved into (with Kelmann assistance) a new location. My family and I have unpacked every Kelmann box. Every single item is in perfect condition. The condition of my clothes, for example, was amazing. Neither smoke nor chemical oder exists anywhere. Beautiful ironing and pressing. Just fantastic. No one should experience a fire in their living situation. But if such a tragedy strikes, call Kelmann. They are a professional, caring corporation who are leaders in the restoration field.

Our experience with the Kelmann crews assigned to our home was a very positive experience. Tyler was awesome in organizing the crews. When he gave us a time and date to expect the employees, they were right on time. Tyler made sure the work was done to his satisfaction, ours and the high standards of Kelmann's. He also had personality plus! His parents can be proud of the child they raised who has such good work ethics and kindness. It was very apparent how much family means to him as well.The carpenter who did the attic repairs was so knowledgeable and such a pleasant man. We mentioned to him how pleased we were at that point with his employer.His response was that Kelmann's is the best place he has worked.Thank you to the skilled painters and drywallers too. My family had a great experience with Kelmann. We had water damage in January, due to ice dams. We contacted Kelmann because a neighbor used the company for restoration after a home fire.Due to the extent of the water damage at our home, it was a longer process dealing with insurance. Nick and Tyler made the process easy, and quickly responded to all our questions. The work was high quality, and we had multiple walkthroughs to ensure everything was completed to our standards.Great company, great employees, and great experience!

A week after my husband's memorial service a pipe broke in my home which is also a church office. The Kelmann team just got a 20 rating on a possible 10 score from me. They were professionals: on time, on budget, worked with my insurance company; did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. They managed remediation processes from mold and water damage abatement; de-construction and re-construction; paint and carpet replacement; down to final adjustment of furniture and lighting, with real kindness and genuine care at a time when I was deeply grief-stricken. AND they steadily communicated during the process and minded my allowed budget to the penny, relieving my concerns after this horrifying surprise flood. I am personally grateful to Jonathan Hanson; Tyler Ladwig (team leader); Kathryn Heid; and their team mate Nick Veling, as well as Gregg E and Aric J. If I have mislaid the name of anyone on this terrific team, you have my thanks as well. It is a genuine pleasure to recommend Kelmann Restoration and its exceptional team.

In January 2024 we experienced water damage to the interior of our home as a result of ice dams on our roof. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and front hall were impacted. Our first (thankfully our only) call was to Kelmann Restoration. From the very first visit to access the damage to the very last visit following restoration, our experience was phenomenal! Our home was returned to 100%, and we cannot say enough good things about the work they did. Electricians, plumbers, carpet cleaners, painters, drywallers, insulation teams, blinds installers...every single step of the process was professionally done with tender loving care! Shout out to the following members of the Kelmann team: Jonathan, Austin, Uziel, Brian, Katie and especially Tyler, our project manager. These miracle workers became like family to us. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Kelmann Restoration should you ever find yourself in need of home repair following n experience such as ours. I had an ice dam on my roof the end of January 2024. I had one company come and begin mitigation of ceiling, walls, attic damage and roof damage. I was dissatisfied with their workmanship and behavior so in May 2024 I hired Kelmann to replace them based on a referral from my sister who had fire damage a few years before. From the beginning Kelmann was professional, humorous, kind, understanding and flexible. They outsourced the drywall and painting to Prestige Interior and they were incredible, hard working men! Very impressive, and kind as well. My Project Manager Tyler from Kelmann was the BEST. He kept things moving in the repairs, had workers here when needed and he was ALWAYS available via phone or text. He came to verify work was done and done well. He got things done quickly, efficiently and effectively while maintaining a professional but pleasant attitude at all times. We chatted about things like we were friends, which I appreciated in such a stressful situation, plus because he is just that easy to talk to and I enjoyed his company. My house is back in order and I am GREATLY appreciative of Kelmann and Tyler and all the workers. They were diligent and professional and made it less stressful for me!Thanks guys!!!!

Kelmann Restoration just completed a project to fix damage to hour home caused by an ice dam this past winter. The project included damage mitigation, drywalling, painting, plumbing, and wood floor replacement & refinishing.Kelmann was wonderful to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Everyone who came to our home was skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. A number of their experts had a hand in our project - Austin’s team came out immediately to mitigate the damage and cleaned everything up quickly, Amanda provided detailed estimates on what was needed to restore everything, Jake matched our existing drywall perfectly, Mike and Eric’s carpentry skills exceeded expectations, and our woodwork looks better than new after Chris and Damien carefully re-painted and caulked it all.Shawn Clendenning was fantastic, managing the entire effort. He kept us informed throughout, scheduled and coordinated all of the activities, stopped by and contacted us regularly to check in, provided status reports and even pitched in to help with some of the work!I highly recommend Kelmann Restoration and would choose them again in the future.

First, Kelmann Remediation - Prompt and thorough, noteworthy considering that job required 3 large dumpsters of content and material removal. And...careful. Even the booze was untouched, although I would have been quite happy to share in easing the stress of that much hard work!!Next, Kelmann Restoration - We are completely satisfied with both the quality and workmanship evident in this project. We appreciated having Aaron Lambert as Project Manager; his frequent and responsive communications and followup activities were reassuring and effective. Melissa's group should be noted too, as their detailed pack-out, cleaning and restoration, and return of personal content was most helpful.Also, a good word for the subcontractors - First, carpenter "Dave," whose creative and accurate finish work was excellent, as well as discovering and alerting about hidden damage leading to further remediation. The speed and quality work of the crews from Prestige Painting, who insulated, drywalled, finished, and painted in record time - a fun bunch! The cooperation and creative approach of plumber "Jim" (?) left us very pleased with the finished results - this from a guy who intended to be a lawyer but is somehow a plumber instead! The cooperation and accuracy from the JM Electric is noteworthy also.

The team from Kellmann was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC from start to finish! They came on site quickly, dried out the areas impacted and did OUTSTANDING repair work. Our house is better now than it was pre accident. Tommy, Brian, Uziel, Christopher, and Jeferson should be commended for their high quality work and excellent customer service. I can't recommend them enough! If I ever need repairs again, I will definitely use Kellmann!

I discovered mold on the baseboards in my bathroom. I contacted multiple contractors who were unable to find the source of the problem. One suggested that it was from a leak in the roof, another thought that I needed to remove and replace the entire shower and flooring. After a great deal of problem solving, Kelmann discovered that the toilet was installed incorrectly. They did a great job removing and replacing the affected drywall and baseboards, fixing the toilet and painting. Their workers are very professional and friendly. Communication is excellent. I strongly recommend their services.

Just a quick thank you to everyone at Kelmann Restoration for all their work in putting my house back together again. I had damage from ice dams this past winter. I had water damage in the kitchen and master bedroom. My insurance company gave Kelmann as someone I might try, as they had worked with them before.I'm very happy with the job they did, and the professionalism with which they went about their work. As an aside, my wife is very ill, and really wanted to get back into her bedroom as soon as possible. Kelmann was super respectful, and did everything they could to get her back into her room quickly.If I had any concerns, or questions all the people I dealt with were super responsive, and always got back to me in a timely fashion. Kelmann worked for us when we had a major water leak in our upstairs bathroom. Everything they did was awesome and I couldn't be happier! When they couldn't find a vanity the size of our old one, they built a new one that looks fabulous! Tyler was our project manager and Juan was in charge of painting and drywalling. Best carpet did the carpet and flooring. Everyone that came did an excellent job. It is never fun to go through having the house torn apart, but it was so worth it in the end.

I meant to do this months ago but life gets in the way. I had a furnace fire back in Nov 2022 which created severe smoke damage throughout my home. Kelman's was on the scene that Friday evening (after office hours) and throughout the whole 11 month restoration process. They were extremely professional and helpful in getting my home back in order. They cooperated with my insurance company and kept ongoing communication with me once everything got started and throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Justin, Dan & Mindy who were so helpful and kind. I really lucked out when I called Kelman's that Friday night after a google search. These are good people!

Sewer backup in basement which lifted about 20 floor tiles. Called Kelmann asking if they do asbestos removal. Much to my surprise yes they could help! Eric came to estimate damage and worked with my insurance. He got everything approved which was awesome. My project manager Kyle was awesome too. Kyle kept me well informed. Answered all the questions I had and put my mind at ease. All work performed as promised and with excellence. So very happy with my basement!! Thank you all for your hard work. I would highly recommend Kelmann. They are fabulous!

We experienced a large scale water leak that flowed from the first floor to our finished basement. Kelmann team assessed and completed all aspects of damage: removing flooring and carpeting, rebuilding basement floor, removing and replacing damaged drywall, painting drywall and woodwork. Flooring and carpeting were replaced, etc.I wanted all construction done by Christmas and the entire team put in the extra effort to ensure they made the deadline. Thanks to the project manager, Kyle Lang, who did an outstanding job managing every aspect of project, and ensuring contractors were timely and efficient. Every tradesmen, on the job, was professional, skilled and courteous. I cannot remember all the crews’ names, but I wanted to thank David Markweise, who made the arduous task of picking out carpeting and flooring less painful, and the painting/drywall manager and his crew did an excellent job and helped to keep project on schedule.Kelmann made what was a very stressful, disruptive situation (more like a nightmare during the holidays) into a manageable process and I thank the entire team and appreciate a job well done!!! Her marketing skills and "How Can I Help You Attitude" ad by far second to none.Call Jennifer when one of your customers need help. She will immediately respond and take action. For the last two days, I had some very intricate demo work and repair done by two fabulous workman, Dale S and Uziel. They were on time each day, very professional and knowledgeable, explained what they were going to do and did an excellent job. They protected the floor in my foyer and did a great job carefully removing my aluminum siding which I know is no longer manufactured. I may actually be able to reinstall it at the end of my job. They replaced the structural framing which had been water-damaged and my wall is as good as new. Dale and Uziel were friendly, pleasant, clearly enjoyed their work and came prepared with everything they needed to complete the job. And they cleaned up before leaving. I told them they were welcome back anytime! Great workers who know what they are doing. Thank you so much!!!

We had a flood in our basement due to sewer backup and the first company we called was Kelmann. Their reputation is sensational but we must say that their performance and execution is even better. Nick, our estimator started us off on a great foot with his detailed and excellent work. Once the restoration was started, the team of employees were so professional, thorough, friendly and their work was just fantastic. Our project manager, Hamilton was incredible with his communication, almost daily updates and commitment to get every little part of the job done with excellence. I must have told Hamilton a hundred times, I wish your guys would have done our entire home remodel we completed a year ago. I would highly recommend Kelmann!

We had a major flood in our condo on Christmas Eve 2022. As many know, restoration is not a quick process. Kelmann Restoration made the whole ordeal less painful. Jon, our PM, was easy to work with. Special shoutout to Joe Clark & Brian Gaytan, who did a fantastic job on the millwork for our new floors. Joe also managed the crew of movers and made sure they were careful with the floors and furniture. Kelmann definitely gets a high recommendation from us.

I chose Kelmann after searching for other restoration companies. Kelmann received excellent reviews. I had a toilet that leaked from the bottom causing mold to build under the tile and up the walls in my bathroom. After the initial appraisals and dealing with insurance they started to work. They did an excellent job, were on time, professional, friendly and caring. Special Thanks to Justin, Jennifer, Flo, Lloyd, Kim G, Joey, Uziel and Mark Busch. I love my new bathroom!
