What is Water Damage?

Water damage can come in a variety of forms that you may not expect. If you live in Milwaukee or the surrounding cities, you should be aware of the following potential water damage risks:

  • Roof leaks
  • Floods
  • Humidity
  • Plumbing leaks
  • Mold growth

You can prevent most water damage, and the costs associated with water damage restoration, by being aware of what to expect. Regular maintenance of all plumbing and roofing will prevent most leaks, while monitoring your humidity levels and open windows can prevent mold growth. If you think you are due for an inspection you can call Kelmann Restoration and we send professionals from either our New Berlin or Wauwatosa locations to assess your home for any risks or existing water damage.
