Welcome to Our Contents Processing Center

Kelmann Restoration hosted an Open House event to welcome clients, friends and community members to our new Contents Processing Center location in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

The Contents Processing Center is where our contents team meticulously cleans, restores and securely houses personal property items that have been damaged in a flood, fire or other property disaster.

The building sits on the New Berlin Recreation Trail. Kelmann Restoration commissioned a new community mural to be painted by local artist Fred Kaems on the wall facing the trail. The mural was unveiled at the Open House (and will be featured extensively in a future blog post!).

“Kelmann Restoration is excited to open our Contents Processing Center in New Berlin. We strive to be a part of the community and are excited to do our part as a steward of the neighborhood. We believe in family, both within our walls and outside into our community. The mural is our gift to the New Berlin Trail and everyone who passes by our building,” said Adam Nelson, Kelmann Restoration General Manager.

Approximately 200 guests visited the Contents Processing Center, including New Berlin Mayor David Ament and Fire Chief Lloyd Bertram. As part of the CPC opening, Kelmann Restoration donated $1,000 to the City of New Berlin to help supplement their Fire Prevention Week programming.
