Our Story

Kelmann Restoration is Wisconsin’s award-winning full-service disaster cleanup and property restoration company. Founded in 1973 by high school friends Jerry Kelly and Dick Niggemann, Kelmann is run today by Jerry’s son, Tom, and a leadership team of lifelong friends and trusted experts. Some of our employees have been with Kelmann for 40 years! Kelmann has been a family business from the beginning and remains so to this day. Often spotted around the office are Tom’s wife, Erin, and children, Clare, Anne, Rose, John and newborn son, Jerry.
