Brookfield Basement Flood Restoration

WHAT HAPPENED (AND WHAT WE DID)
After the homeowners discovered the damage to their basement, they called Kelmann. Our mitigation crews were able to be onsite at the Brookfield, Wisconsin, home and inspect the damages that same day. Our technicians got to work drying out the affected area and removing the saturated carpet and laminate flooring. Within one week, our reconstruction team was ready to come in and create an action plan.
Our goal is always to leave the home in better condition than before the disaster occurred. The Kelmann Restoration team worked with the homeowners to put together a scope of work and begin the rebuild process. New carpet and laminate flooring was ordered right away while the drywall was being patched and painted. Within two weeks, the home was put back together and a final clean up was taking place, ready for homeowners to move back into the space.
