Wauwatosa Bathroom Burst Water Line Remodel
When it rains, it pours, as the saying goes, but when that “rain” ends up pouring through the floor, down the ceiling and walls of the rooms below…well, let’s just say it’s a good thing Kelmann is just a phone call away.
What Happened
A water line in this Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, home leaked from the upstairs bathroom down into the dining room walls and beautiful built-in cabinetry. This caused the paint to peel and bubble from the damage to the original plaster walls.
What We Did
Our emergency response team was able to dry out the affected area and start demolition so the project site was ready for our reconstruction team to take over and repair the damages. With new walls put in place and a fresh coat of paint to the entire room, this homeowner’s dining room was ready to host a family dinner.
