What Happened
All it took was a small pipe burst on a Saturday to cause major water damage to this Brookfield, Wisconsin, office building. Three of the four office spaces were flooded when employees arrived at work on Monday morning. Kelmann was called in that same day.
What We Did: Water Damage Restoration Services
The Kelmann Restoration emergency response team answered the call and arrived on site. Our mitigation crew went to work extracting water and drying out the saturated areas like floors, ceilings and walls. Once the initial drying was completed, Mitigation made way for our Reconstruction team to come in and rebuild the office space. Our team moved the desks, chairs and other contents out of the saturated areas, installed drywall, painted, and replaced the carpeting before moving the office equipment back into place.
The entire project was completed in just 49 days by ordering materials quickly and working on weekends to minimize business interruption. Our goal is always to get you back in business as quickly and professionally as possible.
