Pewaukee Roof Leak Water Damage Restoration
A little roof damage affected more than just the exterior of a local Pewaukee, Wisconsin, home. Thanks to a (seemingly) small issue with the roofing tiles, water was able to enter the home from the roof through to the ceiling and interior walls, causing extensive water damage.
What Happened
Damage to the roof of this Pewaukee, Wisconsin, home allowed water to sneak through into the ceiling of the living room. After our emergency response team tarped the roof to prevent further water damage from occurring, we focused our efforts on the living room, entryway and kitchen areas to start drying out the home.
What We Did
After the initial board up and drying processed were completed, our reconstruction team was handed the project to access what repairs were needed on the inside of the home. Kelmann worked with homeowners every step of the way to arrive at a scope of work. The project included filling in the damaged drywall and drywall cracks as well as painting to match the rest of the room. Kelmann was able to help this customer from start to finish by seamlessly moving the project through our different departments while communicating with the customer (as well as their insurance company) to make sure all parties were well informed.
